Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if you have any questions you can email shop@hedera.com. For international orders please note that you will need to pay customs fees upon receiving your items. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost will depend on the weight of your item(s) and your location. Prior to checkout, you’ll be able to see your total shipping costs.

 

Where is my package? When should I receive it?

You should receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received one you’re welcome to send us an email at Shop@hedera.com. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, we know sizing can be difficult and we want to make sure you’re happy. You will have to cover any shipping costs. In your package, let us know the size you want to exchange for and what address to ship it back to.
